Over the course of several months, since acquiring the FATE trademark, we have encountered a number of issues of infringement by several parties, including by an outside private company.
We are working diligently to resolve these issues, though, as of this writing, a number of issues remain unresolved, despite the diligent attention of our General Counsel, Attorney Anthony Procaccio.
These violations are quite significant in nature and carry significant civil penalties. Counsel has been working diligently to ensure that these matters are resolved expeditiously and do not impact the FATE brand moving forward.
